28-Day Right of Cancellation

When you shop online with Utzon Studio, you have a 28-day right of cancellation in accordance with EU consumer protection law. If you wish to exercise this right, you must notify us of your cancellation and return the goods to us within 14 days from the date you received the item.

This means you have 14 days to notify us of your cancellation and an additional 14 days to return the goods to us. If the cancellation period expires on a non-working day, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

If items ordered together are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins from the day the last item is received.

If the goods are used or damaged in any way upon return, we are not obligated to accept the return.

Some items may not be eligible for return. If this is the case, you will be informed before placing your order.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us using the cancellation form available below.

Return of Goods

You must send the order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation.

We cover all direct costs associated with the return.

When returning goods, you are responsible for proper packaging and the condition of the items. You bear the risk until the goods have arrived at our headquarters.

Condition of Returned Goods

You are liable for any reduction in value caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

In other words, you may try the goods in the same way as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond this, it will be considered used, and you will not be eligible for a refund. Therefore, you may only test the item as you would in a physical store, but you must not put it into actual use.

Refund

If the goods are in a returnable condition as described above, we will refund the full amount paid, including delivery costs—however, not exceeding the cost of the least expensive delivery method we offer.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and within 5 days from the date we receive notification of your return and having received the goods.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, unless you provide proof that the goods have been sent back.

Returning Goods

You must include a copy of the receipt for the returned items. The return process will be faster if you also complete our return form and send it to us.
